~desu is a saying from 4chan and is one of ChiBKey's favorite words. The line was from a cartoon called Rozen Maiden as said by Suiseiseki. It is often used as a spamming tool as well (see wrestlingdude1).

Criticism

Despite how much it is used in a whimsical way too much, many people grow a hatred of that meme for its "annoying content".
